Cancellation Policy

1. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. - This can be done online anytime prior to 24 hours before your appointment. - If you need to reschedule for illness related reasons with shorter than 24 hour notice, please email Julia@TestMeOntario.com to request transfer to another available session. 2. There is a $5 admin fee deducted from ALL refunds (merchant fee) 3. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, (this includes being more than 10 minutes late for your session without contacting the instructor to see if they can accommodate). There are no refunds. 5. If you come to your appointment, and are NOT adequately shaved as per instructions agreed to during booking, we CANNOT perform the test for you. This is strictly enforced as the test is NOT accurate and therefore no certification can be provided if you have facial hair obstructing the seal of the mask. - You will be offered the opportunity to rebook another appointment at 50% of the original fee for another day. - No refunds are provided if you choose not to comply with the requirement of being adequately shaven. 6. Anything other than the above policies are to be determined strictly by Julia (owner) and will not be authorized or provided by the Service Provider.
